Why We Collect It

Solely to fulfil your order: process payment, post your card, and contact you if there is a problem with your order.

Payment Processing

Card payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). Stripe handles all card data under their own privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance. We never see or store your full card number.

Bitcoin payments are processed by BTCPay Server, a self-hosted open-source payment processor. BTCPay does not collect personal data beyond the transaction itself.

Who We Share Data With

• Stripe — to process card payments
• Royal Mail — your name and address appear on the envelope

We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to anyone else.

The HushChip App

The HushChip companion app collects no data. It communicates only with your NFC card via local NFC. It does not connect to the internet, does not phone home, does not track usage, and does not require an account.
